Return & Exchange Policy

At Threads of Desi, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 3-day exchange policy under the following conditions:

✅ Exchange Eligibility:

• Exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and with the original tags and labels intact.

• The exchange is only applicable in case of damaged, defective, or wrong items received.

❌ No Exchange for Size Issues:

• We do not offer exchanges for size-related concerns.

• We request you to carefully check the size chart available on each product page before placing your order.

📦 How to Request an Exchange:

• Email us at threadsofdesi@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

• Include your order number, issue details, and clear images (if applicable).

Once verified, we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
