Shipping Policy

Pre-Paid Orders
Shipping Timeline: We ship all prepaid orders within 48 hours. A tracking link will be shared via Email and WhatsApp for your convenience.

Pre-Order Products: Some products are available on a pre-order basis. The tentative shipping timeline is mentioned under the "ABOUT THE PRODUCT" section on the product page.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.

Express Shipping: Express shipping is available at a nominal cost of ₹99 (non-refundable).

Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 7–8 working days.

Refund Deduction: In case of a return, a shipping fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders
Shipping Timeline: COD orders are shipped within 3–4 working days. A tracking link will be shared via Email

Shipping Charges: An additional charge of ₹59 applies to all COD orders. This fee is non-refundable and will be calculated at checkout.

Refund Deduction: In case of a return, ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount in addition to the non-refundable COD charges paid at the time of order.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Threads of Desi, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 3-day exchange policy under the following conditions:

✅ Exchange Eligibility:

• Exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and with the original tags and labels intact.

• The exchange is only applicable in case of damaged, defective, or wrong items received.

📦 How to Request an Exchange:

• Email us at threadsofdesi@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

• Include your order number, issue details, and clear images (if applicable).

Once verified, we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
